In that time, he has built and led many large and successful field and operations organizations, and is proud of helping see over 30 heads of Customer Success come from his teams. A national speaker on post-sales and marketing, he has won industry awards for innovation in post-sales. Josh spent nearly a decade with McKinsey & Company where he was a leader in their Technology practice. He lives in Bend, Oregon, with his wife and four children.
