> What is Magnify?

Magnify is an AI-first startup focused on helping organizations increase Gross Retention Rate (GRR), Net Retention Rate (NRR), Annual Retention Rate (ARR), and Monthly Retention Rate (MRR) by predicting your exact revenue for the next two quarters while providing organizations a single view across all of their post-sales and production systems.

Magnify works with revenue and success teams to provide Managers, Directors, Executive and Operations teams across the organization actionable insights on how to prevent churn and grow revenue. Magnify leverages AI to provide these teams cohorts of existing customers that are a high propensity to churn, or grow on their next contract and the automation platform - similar to leading Marketing Account Based Marketing ABM tools to engage their customers in product (Pendo, Heap, log data, telemetry data), via digital channels like email (Marketo, Iterable), messaging (slack, MS Teams, text), and your existing tech stack (CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Etc., chat: Intercom, support: Zendesk, Dynamics, Salesforce, CSP: Gainsight, Vitaly, Churn Zero).

> How does Magnify determine churn risk and expansion opportunities across the customer base?

Magnify leverages your existing tech stack, combines this data together and runs our proprietary AI models based on your historical revenue data to determine which customers are likely to churn and grow. We project the expected revenue at renewal for 100% of your current customers up to two quarters in advance.

> How Accurate are Magnify’s predictions?

We are typically seeing our predictions approach a 90% confidence interval when we connect together your CRM, Success, Support and Product data. Some organizations do not have all of these and our predictions hover above 80% confidence.

> How does Magnify help organizations act on these predictions?

During onboarding and beyond, Magnify works with you to design tailored Motions to drive growth and reduce churn by leveraging insights from connected systems. Magnify top drivers group your customers dynamically based on growth and churn characteristics, enabling targeted, scalable automations.

For growth accounts, Magnify can trigger actions such as updating Salesforce or Gainsight, notifying a designated #Upsell Slack channel, or scheduling personalized outreach like quarterly check-ins. Other examples might include surfacing upsell opportunities based on product usage patterns or orchestrating targeted campaigns to deepen engagement.

For churn-risk accounts, Magnify can identify underutilized features that drive retention and launch initiatives like in-app walkthroughs, targeted email campaigns, or tailored training sessions. Additional capabilities include setting alerts for behavior changes or coordinating cross-team responses to mitigate risk.

Magnify provides detailed insights into the effectiveness of each initiative, helping to optimize strategies and show clear ROI for each initiative.

> Can you break down the main components of Magnify?

1. A unified view and pipeline of your customer data, across all the platforms you use to manage your accounts - CRM, ERP, product telemetry. Magnify is omni-platform and most integrations are simple to stand up. This data pipeline powers Magnify's insights and forecasts about your customers and your business.

2. ML and AI powered insights about your accounts, and highly accurate forecasts of revenue, churn, and retention. Our ML models synthesize insights from your historical data to accurately predict accounts that have the highest churn risk, and moreover offer insights called Drivers which indicate revenue risk and opportunities tied to a given insight.

3. Omni-platform automation, targeted at specific customer segments, based on Drivers. Magnify Motions enable you to trigger the right message, prompt, or action for your team and your customers, turning insights into action at scale. Reporting on motions empowers you to set goals for the motions you create, and monitor progress against goals and validate business impact of Motions, and Magnify overall.

> Is Magnify a competitor of Gainsight, Totango, Vitaly, Churn Zero, etc?

No, Magnify is not a Customer Success Platform - CSP. We leverage data from CSP’s and push our insights back into a CSP but we do not replace it. Magnify is a value add on top of all of your existing post-sales and revenue engine spend.

> Who are Magnify’s competitors?

We don’t currently know of any competitors in production that do what we do, typically we help organizations take their internal AI models and make them actionable. We allow companies who have their own in-house churn or expansion AI models the ability to plug in with our system to make them actionable, repeatable and extensible across their entire sales, success and customer experience organization. We view ourselves as the post-sales approach to ABM marketing technologies like Marketo. We provide organizations a digital-first approach to doing 1:many post-sales management of individual users, and organizations.

> Is Magnify competitive with my internal data science team?

We aim to collaborate with internal data science teams, oftentimes they are the first teams to show an organization the value of analysing post-sales data with a lens on churn prevention and revenue expansion. We view it as our job to make these insights explainable, understandable, actionable and scaled across your entire revenue engine. In this way we are complementary and seen as operationalizing data scientists work at scale.

> Is Magnify a CRM?

No. Magnify is not a Customer Relationship Management Platform or App. We will not replace Salesforce or Hubspot but these systems are core to the revenue data we leverage for projecting and predicting your revenue.

> How long does it take to set up Magnify?

Our typical implementation is a month to show you your data in Magnify depending on complexity. After this it will likely take you another month to run your first campaigns across your churn risk or expansion customers.

> What tools does Magnify connect to?

> How much does Magnify cost?

Magnify bases its pricing on the size of your revenue teams (sales/success) and the total size of your customer base. The ROI of Magnify in the first quarter exceeds the yearly cost of the platform.

> Does Magnify provide me with a Red, Yellow, Green status for all of my customers?

No, we believe that our ability to project revenue by predicting a customer’s renewal amount (growth or down-sell) provides organizations with what they’re really looking for from a red, yellow, green system - a prediction of future revenue. Due to this we are able to provide account forecasting, along with what drivers are affecting each account towards growth, expansion, or potential churn. Then we provide you with the tools needed to affect your numbers at scale.

> What category of technology is Magnify?

We believe we are a category creator leveraging AI across your existing post-sales tech stack to reduce revenue at risk while expanding your revenue retention numbers. Think of Magnify as the equivalent of an Account Based Marketing - ABM tool, but focused on post sales.
